At TNM 2026, the decision has been made to suspend the Warsaw band Rumor from the network for a period of two years. The suspension entails a disinvitation from TNM gatherings and removal from all communication channels.
The suspension comes as a result of one of Rumor‘s members participating in a violent physical assault on a squat in which members of another RoR band were residents, resulting in serious risk of bodily harm and their eviction. Rumor refused to draw any consequences from the offender’s actions, creating an unsafe environment for other RoRies.
During the two-year suspension period, network-wide guidelines and procedures will be developed to deal with cases of ethical and safety breaches such as this, which will be applied to Rumor‘s case, with the possibility of permanent exclusion from the RoR network.
